Not a Life Coach (“we”, “us”, “our”) is run by Ashleigh Wilson. This policy explains what personal data we collect through notalifecoach.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We’re a small, one-person business, and we take that responsibility seriously even though we’re not a big corporate outfit.

Who we are
Not a Life Coach is operated by Ashleigh Wilson, a sole trader based in the UK. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Ashleigh Wilson is the “data controller” for any personal data collected through this site.
What personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect:
- Contact details you give us when signing up for a free resource (like the “9 Things to Say” checklist or other lead magnets) — usually your name and email address
- Purchase details when you buy a product through the site, including name, email, and billing information needed to process payment

- Brevo — our email marketing and automation platform, used to deliver free resources and send emails you’ve signed up for
- WooCommerce / Stripe/PayPal — to process purchases of paid products
- IONOS — to host the website itself
- Google Analytics — to understand site traffic and usage (only if consented to via our cookie banner, where applicable)
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK/EEA (for example, in the US). Where that happens, they do so under approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as required by UK GDPR.

Our website may use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to:
- Keep the site functioning properly (essential cookies)
- Understand how visitors use the site (analytics cookies, where you’ve consented)

- Contact form enquiries are kept only as long as needed to resolve your query, then deleted

- Restrict or object to how we process your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Children’s privacy
Our services are aimed at business owners and adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new tool or service. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.
